This policy explains what happens to the information you share with Cove Health through this website. Right now, the website does one thing: it lets you join our waitlist. This policy covers exactly that. When the Cove Health app launches, we will publish a fuller policy covering how the app handles your health and device data — that is not covered here.

Plain summary: If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so we can tell you when Cove Health is ready. We don't sell it, we don't share it beyond the tools that run our waitlist, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the email address you enter. If your browser or network sends technical information along with the request (such as an IP address or timestamp), our waitlist provider may log it as part of normal operation and spam prevention.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, any health information, glucose data, or device data.

Why we collect it

To notify you when Cove Health early access opens.
To send you occasional, directly relevant updates about the launch. We aim to send as few of these as possible.
To understand how many people are interested, in aggregate.

Who has access to it

Your email is stored with the third-party waitlist and email provider we use to run this list, and with our website host. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your email address or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until Cove Health launches and we've invited you, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If you never engage with our messages, we may remove your address during routine list cleanup.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the email we hold for you by contacting us at the address below.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data (for example under GDPR or the CCPA); we honor those requests.
